HomesMKE is a City of Milwaukee initiative led by the Department of City Development to restore long-vacant, tax-foreclosed houses and return them to productive use. Funded with $15 million in federal ARPA dollars, the program partners with 15 developers across the city to create affordable, safe, and modern homes.
The Goal: Stabilize neighborhoods, expand homeownership opportunities, and strengthen Milwaukee communities for generations to come.

Top Tier Development LLC, the real estate development arm of Servant Manor, is honored to be among the 15 developers selected to participate in the City of Milwaukee’s HomesMKE initiative.
Our focus is on the 53206 neighborhood — one of Milwaukee’s most challenged yet promising communities. By acquiring vacant, tax-foreclosed properties, we restore them into safe, energy-efficient, and affordable homes that families can take pride in.
