Who We Are
Since 2002, Servant Manor has stood as a premier social service agency dedicated to healing, restoring, and uplifting youth and families. Recognized by Wraparound Milwaukee as a primary service provider for children with severe emotional and behavioral challenges, we specialize in creating safe, structured, and loving environments where young people can thrive.
When the world faced the COVID-19 crisis, Servant Manor was called upon to open our doors to high-risk youth living in larger facilities. Instead of shrinking back, we grew—expanding our capacity and strengthening our commitment to serve during times of greatest need.

Our Mission
To improve family reunification and permanency rates by utilizing the least restrictive environmental treatment approach, delivering youth behavioral treatment in a family-like setting, and offering family support services.
Our Latest Initiative
In 2021, through our affiliate Top Tier Development LLC, we extended our mission beyond youth services by joining forces with the City of Milwaukee and the HomesMKE program. Together, we are revitalizing the 53206 neighborhood by transforming vacant properties into affordable, beautiful homes—building stability for families and hope for entire communities.
